Rob Break brings more than 20 years of real estate investing experience and over a decade as a licensed real estate agent in Ontario, Canada. Since relocating to Costa Rica in 2021, Rob has helped individuals, couples, and families successfully navigate the transition to life and property ownership in Guanacaste.
What makes Rob different is that his experience goes far beyond real estate transactions.
Since moving to Costa Rica, Rob and his family have personally built, invested in, owned, and operated businesses throughout Guanacaste. They built and sold a home in Avellanas, owned and operated the well-known Manta Ray Lodge in Junquillal, and currently own a boutique fitness gym serving both locals and expats in the area.
This hands-on background gives Rob practical insight into the realities of living and investing in Costa Rica, including building and construction, relocation logistics, property management, local business operations, investment strategy, and navigating everyday life in Costa Rica.
